세  월의 흐름 속에 사라져간 위인만큼 없어져버린 단어 물건들도 많다.

80/20 혹은 파레토/파레소의 법칙을 안들어 본이도 별로 없을 것이다.

이태리의 철학자인 파레소가 보니 이태리 땅의 80%를 20%의 사람이 소유하고

있는 것을 보고 이 원칙을 정립했다.

그 이후 많은 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 80%의 매상이 20%의 고객이 만든다.

80%의 결과는 20%의 동기요인원인심기에 의해 만들어 진다. 미국 범죄의 80%는 20%의 범죄자에 의해 저질러진다.  등등이다.

이젠 각자의 삶 성공철학에다가 집아넣아야 하지 않을까요

You've heard of the 80/20 rule, right?

If it's been awhile, here's a refresher...

The 80/20 rule basically states that 80% of results
come from 20% of the causes.

The person who first noticed this trend was an Italian
philosopher and economist named Vilfredo Pareto...

(This trend is also called the "Pareto Principle")

He noticed that 80% of the land in Italy was owned by
only 20% of the population.

The funny thing is...

When you start looking for the 80/20 rule...

You start to notice it everywhere.

For example:

In most businesses 80% of sales come from 20% of
customers...

In the US, 80% of crimes are committed by 20% of
criminals...

20% of your carpet gets 80% of the wear and tear...

And so on, and so on.

What gets really fascinating is when you start to look
at your life through the lens of the 80/20 rule.

You'll start to notice that 20% of your
focus/energy/activity produces 80% of your results.
