Hi Don! 저거 정말 정신 나간넘 아이가. 정말 미친넘이네, 니 돌았나, 정신을 엇따 두고 다니노, ...,수 없이 많은 유령들이 빌딩과 빌딩사이를 왕래하고 무수한 귀신들이 건물 내에서 분주히 우왕좌왕 설쳐되고 있다. 눈에 안 보인다고요, 그래요 그럴 수도 있습니다. 귀신이 나 귀신이다하고 '나'너그대 코 앞으로 나타나지 않기 때문이기도 하지만 '나'너그대 모두가 귀신이요 유령이기때문일 것이다. Pay attention as you go through your day - notice when your mind wanders to the past or future, and when it does, gently bring it back into the moment, and then raise your vibration.
