Tip 1: Go for a power walk or run every morning - get moving! __This is AMAZING for your life because any type of physical moving in the morning really helps boost your creative juices and manifesting energy. It makes you feel totally alive and can seriously energise you for the day ahead, whilst also boosting your productivity. All you need to do is spend just 5 minutes first thing in the morning going for a walk (before breakfast or doing anything else) and you'll notice changes in literally EVERY area of your life - awesome! Tip 2: Listen to an inspirational audio, or read something inspirational for just 15-30 minutes every day Inspirational reading boosts your motivation and willpower through the roof! It also evokes your imagination and changes your beliefs subtley from the inside out! Its super healthy nutritious mental protein that will slay any negative thinking for good and makes you feel great! |

Tip 3: Stand up and move more! Sitting at the desk, office or couch for too long can wear your energy down and can actually lower your confidence and happiness over the long run without you noticing. You can solve that easily by simply standing up more! Even an hour of standing at your desk at work or home (instead of sitting) can improve posture, productivity, health, creativity and energy levels. Try it and see! This is super important especially if you work at a desk because sometimes we can be sitting for 7 or 8 hours every day and standing can make an amazing difference! Tip 4: Look at yourself in the mirror and say that you like yourself! Just do this for 5 minutes every day consistently and notice how gradually you become more confident and happy about your life.
