You ever catch yourself thinking... I mean just stop dead in your tracks and pay attention to what you're thinking? You might be amazed at what you discover. Most people are completely unaware of what thoughts they have everyday. I know you think about some things... but your thoughts are different. These are the messages that run through your mind everyday... most of them seem random or meaningless and so you pay no attention to them. 하늘이 있다는 사실을 어떻게 아는가. 새벽을 만나 본적이 있는가
그런데 어떻게 새벽형인간을 논하고 하늘의 무한을말 할 수 있는가.
오늘 하늘을 한번 올려다 본적이 있는가.
아니 그냥 무의식적으로 보여진 것 말고 내 머리 위의바로 그 하늘을 보았는가.
우리 모두가 평소에 하고있는생각과 실제로 하는생각은 서로 다르다.
실제로 우리 중 누구도 생각의 흐름을 바라본적이 있는자도 바라보는자는 없다
더욱이 내가 무슨 생각을 하고 생활하고 있는지에 주의를 기울여관찰해본적도, 관심을 가진 자도,
집중해 바라볼 필요가 있다고 생각하는 자는더욱 없다.
하루 종일무슨 생각을하고 생활했는지를 발견하면 정말 놀란다.

우리 모두는 우리가 매일 매일 무슨 생각을하면서 하루를 사는지에 전혀 관심도 없고 알려고도 하지않고
생각과 생각이 따로놀도록 방치한 채그냥달려 가고 있다. 부자와성공을 바라면서도 늘 항상 '돈 없다'
'안된다'를, 가난과실패을 줄기차게 쉼없이 끊임없 자나깨나 오나가나 직장에서나집에서나
길에서나차에서나 입에 달고 살고,마음에 품고사는 게 바로 우리들 너와나 아닌가
어떤 것에대한자신의 실제 생각과 평소에 하고 있는 생각, 생각의 흐름은 서로 틀린다.
그것이 하루 종일 끊임없이 하고 있는 생각의 흐름이며
이 모든 생각들은 그 때 그 때 닥치는대로 아무렇게나 생각해 들이는전혀 무의미한 무가치한 것들이다.
거의 전부가 쓰레기 들이다. 내면에 들어와 부패를 일으키고 혼란을 가중시키고
목표목적성공의 길로부터 이탈을 촉진시킨다.
이따위것들이 매일 반복적으로 일어나고아무 짝에도 도움이 않되는 이런 쓸데 없는 생각들이
실제로 우리들의 생활과 삶을 만들어가고 있다.
그대 자신이 알든 모르든 그따위의 삶으로 꾸준하게 줄기차게 질주하고 있는 것이다.
바로 허접스레기같은 인생, 무의미한 삶, 무가치한인생말이다.
꿈은 이뤄진다. 꼭 틀림없이 반드시 이뤄진다. 그러나 그냥 있으면 안 이뤄진다.
꿈이 꼭 이뤄지도록 그대 자신이 생각하고 행동을 해냐만 한다. 주위를 한번 돌아보자.
지금의 이 삶이 만족스러운가?, 지금 하고 있는 일이 즐거운가? 지금 함께하고 있는 사람(들)
가족사회단체 속에서 도움이되는가?, 내가 있는 지금 여기는 내 성공의 한 여정인가? ...
만약 그대 대답이 '아니요라면 지금 그대의 생각을 바라보고 관찰해야만 한다.
그리고 생각을 바꿔야만란다.
지금의 그대 자신과 그대의 형편은 그대 생각의 총화일 뿐만 아니라
그대 생각신념 내면의 정확한 반영이기때문이다. 내면이 현실로 나타난 것이다.
성공한 모습을 그려라. 성공한 생각으로 올인하라. 그러면 현실로 나타난다.

It Starts On The Inside...
What you see around you, everything that makes up your life is merely a reflection of your thoughts, beliefs, feelings and energy. Your life as you see it is a mirror of who you are and what you believe. If you're having difficulty in any area simply examine your thoughts and beliefs about that area and you will see that your reality reflects your beliefs.
Researchers have proved, what we think and believe has a direct impact on our reality.
Your subconscious mind picks up on your beliefs and then acts as your driver taking you to the situations, events and people that correspond with your thoughts and beliefs.
If you have negative beliefs and negative thoughts - your subconscious will take you to negative people, negative situations and negative events. You'll simply end up creating a negative lifestyle. If you believe that it's difficult to make money - then your life will reflect difficulty when it comes to making and saving money. So in order to change your life and, to make improvements and to begin achieving your goals you have to start from the inside. If you can't accept this then you won't be able to create any lasting changes in your life... no matter what you try. Instead, you'll continue creating what you don't want.
Only when you accept that you do create your life and that you're responsible for your life will you be able to make those dramatic changes that you want and need. This means you have to change your thoughts, change your beliefs, change your attitude, change your habits and change your actions so that you can change the situations that you are not happy with. If you have negative thoughts, change them, replace them, get rid of them...do not allow them to stay, fester and attract more negative thoughts. If you have a negative attitude... change it... and you'll begin to improve the quality of your life. If you have a negative belief system - create positive and empowering beliefs that work for you. How You Can Change Your Thoughts
The first step to enjoying success and a better life is to change your thoughts. Your thoughts are the starting point for all that you create in your life. So start by keeping track of your thoughts. Catch yourself thinking and make note of the thoughts you're having.
Write them down.
Then take examine them closely and go through each thought asking yourself:
Does this thought work for me? Does it help me succeed? Does it help me achieve what I want?
Does it make me feel better? If the answer is no to any of the above you need to change the thought. Replace it with an empowering thought. I can't becomes I can. I don't know becomes I do know or I'll find a way It's difficult becomes I can find a way to get it done.

You can change the thought and focus on something positive - you're new thought doesn't even have to be related to what you were thinking about. The more often you do this the easier it becomes. As you work with this exercise you'll begin to eliminate the negative, useless thoughts so that you won't attract more negative situations. And you'll also begin to create empowering thoughts that lead to a positive belief system which will lead to more positive situations in your life.
Changes won't happen overnight... but they will happen.

Negative thoughts lead to negative beliefs which lead to a negative attitude and ultimately create a negative life. In other words, keep those negative thoughts and life will only get worse.
