Hi Don,

People often ask me, since I run one of the top personal
growth companies on the planet -- what are the personal
growth books that had the most impact on me.

I can answer with hesitation because these 5 books
made me who I am. I would give up everything I learned
at University for the wisdom in just these 5 books.

I thought I'd share this list with our subscribers since
we have a common interest in this topic. :-)

If you could pick 5 books to read this year that will either
completely transform your life or piss you off completely
it's these five. Each had a profound on impact on me.
But some will turn you off based on your current state
of living (that's ok. I was turned off
by "The Power of Now" until recently.)

The Top 5 Books I've Ever Read – (in no particular order)
  1. Psycho-Cybernetics by Dr. Maxwell Maltz
  2. The Silva Mind Control Method by The Silva Method
  3. Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda
  4. Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch
  5. Law of Attraction by Abraham-Hicks

Some explanation:

1. Psycho-Cybernetics is brilliant and very scientific.
Even if you're skeptical of personal growth, this book
is for you. If you're deep into personal growth this
book might seem too basic.

2. The Silva Mind Control Method was the first book
in this genre I read. I read this at 14. Radically
transformed me. Today Mindvalley is the biggest
publisher of the The Silva Method

3. Autobiography of a Yogi was Steve Job's favorite
book. Just before Jobs died according to his biographer
Walter Isaacson, he left for a solo vacation in Hawaii
with just ONE book on his iPad. This was it.

4. Conversations with God is remarkable. This book
made me give up religion for good. Warning: some of
my more religious friends who read this book had to
put it down because it made them uncomfortable.

5. The Law of Attraction by Esther Hicks. This books
is supposedly "channeled". It was the original inspiration
for the best-selling DVD of all time, The Secret.
Even if you abhor the secret, be open to this book.
It's powerful stuff.

That's it. Go buy em' now. You can thank me later.
Share this list with friends whom you think need
a nudge to pick up one of these books.
