Change Your Paradigm to Promote Growth

It has been scientifically proven that your thoughts affect your conscious and subconscious mind. Everything from your creativity to self-motivation is driven by your current paradigm and the way you choose to react to any situation. Positive vibrations can be picked up by people around you, and having positive thoughts of prosperity, abundance, peace, joy and appreciation, allow you to attract resources, people, money, ideas, opportunities, strategies and circumstances – everything you need – to create the future of your dreams.

 

귀를 즐겁게 하려고 자기처세술의 서적을 뒤적이고. 성공학 동기유발에 귀를 기울이는 일은 자위     mastervation에 지나지 않는다. 성공제벌출세를 위해 오늘도  달려야만 하는 오늘의 우리에겐 절대적으로 필요한 것은 한가지 오직 한 가지 뿐이다. 대체성행위나 유사성행위나 mastervation이 아닌 진짜   내가 바라고 원하는 그 녀/넘을 품기 위해서는 부엇보다 그렇게도 쉽게 폼나게 유식하게 말하고 행동하는  "사고방식의전환paradigm shift"이 우선돼야 하고 이것이 성공재벌출세행복의 유일절대 조건이다. 사실보다 사실에 대응하는 태도가 인생을 결정하는 것을 모르는 이는 거의 없다. 그러나 대응반응하기 전에 어떻게 대응반응반사힐지를 생갃하는 사람은 거의 거의 없다. 이 "반응대응반사..."가 바로 우리들의 사고방식paradigm에서 기인한다. 이런 류의 대응반응 반사는 우리들의 성공출세재벌을행복으로 향항는 의식 잠재의식 무의식에도 지대한 영향을 끼치고 있음은 과학이 증명하고 있다

 

"주는것이받것보다복되다"라는 것을 우리는 안다. 그러나 우리 대다수는 "주는것"을 물지등의 재화재물금전으로 그렇게 생각한다. 그러나 이건 정말 큰 오류다. 오류 위에서는 우리가 거둳ㄹ일 수 있는 것은 오류 뿐이다. "주는것"은 우리들의 긍정이다. 긍정의감정기분느낌정서의 파동진동vibration이 크면 클수록 우리가 받는 성공의기회 인뭉 사건 이벤트 도움들은 그만큼 크게많게넓게...무한으로 밀려 온ㄷ4ㅏ.

 

물론 그 반대도 마찬가지ㅏ다. 부정의 기분감정느낌인상을 주면 구애 해당하는 상당의 부정을 불러들임으로 상황은 어려웢고 상태는험악해지고 사정은 점점 악화되어 가게 된다.

 

Boost Your Business Just by Asking
Too often we stop asking, or never practice the art of asking. There are many things that you should be asking for; ask for feedback, ask for the things you want or need, ask for support, etc. The ability to have the confidence and courage to ask for what you want, will open doors to new opportunities for all facets of your life. You won’t begin to know the possibilities available to you, if you don’t ask.

  • Ask for Information – How well do you know your market? Do you truly know and understand your prospects’ needs? Most importantly, can you offer a solution? How about refining your niche, is your audience too broad? What would you do better?
  • Ask for Feedback – The only way to know if a product or service is working is to obtain customer feedback. This is a two-step process, as not only do you need to find out how your business is doing by gaging client satisfaction, but you need to know what to do with the feedback and what needs to change. When will you make the changes? How will you measure your success? If the quality of your product isn’t up to par and you’re not constantly striving to improve, then you will soon see a steady decrease. You could see increased revenue, but with the same percentage of dissatisfied customers. Don’t fall into the habit of being contempt with increased sales; be mindful of your entire client base, paying special attention to those that are dissatisfied. Concentrate on a good process to quantify and measure satisfaction, like a periodic satisfaction survey or focus groups.
  • Ask to Renegotiate – This is a form of asking that can save you a lot of time and money. Improve your negotiation skills by knowing exactly what you need and want. There’s always an opportunity to improve the terms of a contract or transaction. But you will never know if you got the best terms possible or the lowest price, unless you ask.
  • Ask for Top Quality Referrals – The art of paying attention to the quality of your service or product, is the ability to ask for quality referrals from existing clients. This is the easiest and most cost effective way to ensure steady growth. Set up a process to constantly ask for referrals from existing clients and grow your database.

Be Prepared for the Tough Times Ahead
When you’re facing a difficult time, often you resort to a “survival” state, focusing on what’s needed to stay afloat in a storm, like riding the waves in an unwavering sea. You hold on for dear life hoping the storm will pass quickly and eventually the turbulent waters will subside. This all has to be done ahead of time. True, you can never know when the economy will plummet or if the government will shut down, but you can read the signs ahead of time, and most importantly, you can prepare. Don’t follow the fable of the Ant and the Grasshopper…think of what you need to do to prepare for the days of necessity, inevitably they may come! Do you have an emergency fund for a “worst case” scenario? How can you access capital in case of a crisis? Have you put your money aside for unforeseen repairs/emergencies? How about a network of peers in your community that you can “trade” services with in case of extreme necessity? How long will your business last at minimal production? What are your “red alert” thresholds?

Here are a few tips:

  • Take the time to assess all the “risk” areas of your business.
  • Pay attention to detail – This will help you identify and resolve small issues before they become ongoing problems.
  • Keep providing the best quality of service under any circumstance.
  • Draft a turnaround strategy.
