아프리카 특히 나이제리아 그 중에서도 수도 라고스는 모든 전선-
전기 전화 통신-들이 모두 지상으로 공중에 나즈막이 정신 없이 아주
정신없이 굵직하게 쭉 걸려있다. 지하 설치보단 거의 10배는 저렴하다고 한다.
헌데 이 전선줄들이 밤새 통채로 뭉텅뭉텅 짤라 가는 도둑넘들이 그렇게 많단다.
워낙에 못사는 남을 생각않는 아주 무식한 넘들이라 별 수 없구나 생각했었다.
허리케인이 쓸고 간 플로리다 교차로에 대당 80만불씩 하는 발전기를 설치했다고 한다.

Thieves steal generators that powered Fort Lauderdale intersections
jlebovich@herald.comThieves stole two generators from Fort Lauderdale intersections overnight Tuesday, city officials said.
The generators, worth about $800 apiece, were bolted down and chained to concrete, said David Hebert, t
he city's public information officer.
The generators were stolen from the intersection of Broward Boulevard and 15th Avenue and from
the 700 block of Southeast Third Avenue. Florida Power & Light has now restored power to both of
those intersections.
Last week, the city began using 30 generators to power the lights at intersections.
About 80 intersections in the city remain without power, Hebert said.
