침입하여 일을 치런 사람에게 유죄가 선고 되었다.

검사는 사람은 관계중 치명적인 죽음에 이르는 상처가 있었으나

말에게는 상처가 없었기에 동물 학대죄는 적용않았다고. 그 남자에겐

일년간의 집행유예 8시간 공공근로 300불의 벌금이 선고 되었다고.

사람보다 말이조탄 "말"인가, 러시아 여제 에카트리나가 남자와의

정사에 탐익하다 결국에는 말과의 관계를 거졌었고 결국 말에 눌려

죽었다는 설이 아직까지도..

Man Pleads Guilty in Horse-Sex Case

SEATTLE - A man has pleaded guilty to trespassing in connection with a fatal horse-sex case.

James Michael Tait, 54, of Enumclaw, was accused of entering a barn without the owner's permission.

Tait admitted to officers that he entered a neighboring barn last July with friend Kenneth Pinyan

to have sex with a horse, charging papers said. Tait was videotaping the episode when Pinyan suffered

internal injuries that led to his death.

Tait pleaded guilty Tuesday and was given a one-year suspended sentence, a $300 fine, and ordered

to perform eight hours of community service and have no contact with the neighbors.

The prosecutor's office said no animal cruelty charges were filed

because there was no evidence of injury to the horses
